What to include
To help us route and resolve your request, please include:
- The product or service name.
- A description of the issue or request.
- Any relevant files or logs (no sensitive data).
Response targets
We target an initial response within two business days. Engagement-specific support terms are agreed as part of each engagement.
Security issues
Reports of suspected vulnerabilities can be sent to the same address with the subject line "Security". We review such reports with priority.
