How we work

Engagements are scoped individually, so specifics vary from project to project. This page describes the general sequence we follow, from first contact through handover.

1. 1

   Scoping

   The client describes the problem, the data they have, and their constraints; we come back with what is feasible and what it would take.

2. 2

   Written proposal

   Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for that engagement, in writing, before any work begins.

3. 3

   Agreement

   Engagements run under our engagement agreement; where the work involves personal data, a data processing addendum forms part of it.

4. 4

   Delivery

   We build and deploy against the agreed scope, with checkpoints set together.

5. 5

   Handover

   The client receives the deliverables and the documentation needed to run them; continued work is scoped as a new engagement.
